Yali Wang


Yali Wang is responsible for maximizing the value of Lighthouse’s U.S. operating and development assets through strategic planning, budgeting, leasing, repositioning, financing and disposition.

Yali was a design architect in Beijing, Minneapolis and Boston before moving into commercial real estate. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Yali spent more than 10 years as a senior development director at Pembroke Real Estate, an international real estate advisory firm. There, she managed large-scale commercial developments across the globe and helped acquire and manage assets in the U.S. and Europe to create long-term value. Throughout her career, Yali has challenged the norm and continually asked questions to drive the best real estate outcomes.  

Yali earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University in Beijing and her master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She holds a second master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Yali is a member of NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). She has held LEED AP status since 2005.
