Beth is responsible for all of Lighthouse’s administrative operations. Previously, Beth was a community business director for Atria Senior Living, a national assisted living community. There, she spent more than 5 years responsible for the community’s on-site accounting and human resource needs.

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Endicott College.
